No matter what you go through in life, there’s an opportunity for you to come out stronger on the other side. That’s what happened to the guest in this episode and FFM client, Alesha. Alesha has gone through a lot of trials and tribulations over the course of her life. She navigated the trauma of multiple rapes and sexual assaults and a mysterious illness that eventually led to her eating disorder. She and Jessi chat about her experience of being diagnosed with bipolar disorder and anxiety. Alesha shares her story of surviving a suicide attempt and the life-changing realization this brought her. She opens up about overcoming past traumas in therapy. Alesha also talks about how she found the FFM and got on the journey to recovery from her food and body struggles.
