Have you ever felt scared to eat? Maybe you weren’t sure if you were eating the right food or the right amount and that feeling brought on a lot of anxiety. Today Jessi was joined by a client of the FFM, Hanna, to talk about her journey of recovery. Hanna started recognizing her struggles with food and body at a very young age and found herself being very controlling about food choices to the point where she was scared to eat. In this episode, Jessi and Hanna talk about her struggles and how dealing with this has robbed her of so many joyous life experiences and moments. They talk about how Hanna found FFM, the breaking point where she knew something needed to change and her advice for someone who’s in the depths of a struggle with food and their body.
